I build what builds the product: AI-native tools, design systems, and the teams that use them.

Design Director at Microsoft AI, leading advertiser and monetization design. Before that, eight years on Google Ads, leading design teams from 2019. Hands-on throughout: I still build and ship, these days with coding agents.

  • I build with my own hands. Started Microsoft AI's AI-native building suite and its evals, took prompt-to-prototype from days to an hour, and still ship side builds with coding agents: a sentiment agent, a design-review skill, a voice codex.
  • I design the system under the screens. Rebuilt the Microsoft Ads design system so agents can consume it, and redesigned the 20-year-old platform on top of it, all 431 pages. At Google: the first identity verification product in Ads, and Google's first holistic advertiser planner.
  • I stand up the teams to match. From zero at Roomer Travel and Jobcase, a 12-designer platform team at Google Ads, and a 21-person organization across Ads, Platform and Design System at Microsoft AI, run as principal-led pods with weekly crits.
