Riffing on Total Football: with AI-native building tools, PMs and designers pick their position based on where they are on the field.

Reflections on this from past couple of weeks - We have been building a full suite of AI Native building tools. From grounding kits in github, through a canvas studio tool that cuts through setup complexities to a hub where everyone can post their prototypes and colab.
These are not roles - these are modalities. Riffing off of Total Football featured in Ted Lasso ⚽️🤓 This means that now people have to identify what position they are playing based on where they are on the field.
Sometimes an idea can come from PM and it would be almost baked - now UXD kinda need to polish and ensure all edge cases are covered. Sometimes you get a half baked prototype and PMs need have a maintainer mindset to think how this idea is fitting the scale the company.
